To ensure a seamless experience and the best care for every dog, please take a moment to review the following:

• A non-refundable deposit of €20 is required to secure all appointments. If you need to reschedule or cancel, this deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be necessary.
• You will receive a confirmation message the day before your appointment. Please respond to confirm your booking to ensure your space is reserved.

• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice and/ or no-shows will result in the loss of your deposit and will incur a full payment charge.
• Prices vary based on the size, weight, coat type, condition of coat, temperament of the dog etc. 
• Incorrect breed bookings will not be accepted and will still incur a full payment charge.
• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, it may need to be canceled, and your deposit will be forfeited. I kindly ask that you respect my time, other clients, and your dog. I provide one-on-one grooming to ensure each dog receives my full attention and care.
• Late drop-offs may incur a €10 charge or, in some cases, result in appointment cancellation and loss of deposit.
• Late collections may incur a charge of €10 for every 15 minutes, as I have limited space to accommodate dogs after their appointments.
• Dogs with matted coats may require additional time and care, which could result in an extra charge of €15–€20+. A regular grooming schedule may be recommended for your dog’s comfort.
• These terms are designed to protect my small business and ensure a positive experience for everyone. Thank you for your understanding and continued support. Meg’s Mutts – Dog Grooming
